Is UL Rucker free?

Yes. Everything is free to use: the gear inventory, trips, packing lists, sharing, and LighterPack import and export.

Can I import my LighterPack list?

Yes. Export your list from LighterPack as CSV and import it in one step. Items, categories, weights and worn/consumable flags all come along, and you can export your inventory back out as CSV any time.

What is base weight?

Base weight is everything in your pack except what you wear and what you consume along the way (food, water, fuel). UL Rucker classes every item as base, worn or consumable and totals each separately, so you always see the number that matters.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. UL Rucker is a web app you can install on your home screen on Android and iPhone: full screen, one tap from packing. There's nothing to download from an app store.

Can I share a packing list?

Yes. Every trip can get a read-only share link, handy for shakedown requests or sending your list to a trip buddy. Turn the link off again whenever you like.
